01. Can I perform website care services myself?
Of course! If you’re tech savvy and you know about SSL certificates and protocols, how to locate and clean malware and protect your website against phishing attacks. And then there are updates and backups and you’ll need to follow up on broken links and error pages…
There is no reason why you can’t complete these monthly maintenance tasks, the question is… do you have the time to keep up with them (or learn how to do them)?
02. What sort of things can go wrong if I don't do any website care?
Website care is easily forgotton or pushed to the bottom of the ‘to-do’ list, but after a while of neglect you may start to notice some of these things happening:
- broken page links
- 404 error pages
- slow loading times
- plugins that stop working
- compromised security and vulnerability to hacking
- losing data due to backup problems
- Forms no longer working, so your clients can’t reach you.
03. How will I know what is being done on my website?
Don’t worry, we know tech talk isn’t for everyone. We’ll provide you with a report every month showing you in lamen terms, exactly what we’ve done and why we’ve done it.
04. Can I cancel my maintenance plan?
Yes absolutely. You are not locked into any any contract and all we require is 30 days notice to cancel.
